How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Your order will be processed once payment has been received this can take 1-3 business days. Once payment has been received please allow 3 working days for your order to be delivered. Please allow extra time for rural delivery. We do recommend using the tracked option with your orders.

 

 

How do I wash my bib and burp cloth?

Standard cold machine wash only, line dry in shade. Do not bleach, Do not tumble dry. 

 

Can I change my mind on my order?

If your item hasn't been shipped, please email joyzieboutique@gmail.com along with your order # and a small description of what is needed or needing to be amended.

 

What is the refund and return policy?

Once your item has been shipped we do not except returns on bibs and burp cloths due to hygiene reasons.
